Food Menu

Chef Leslie Palmer’s menu features local ingredients and produce from our Sauvée Island garden in warmer months. From Carlton Farms Pork, Niman Ranch Lamb, Strawberry Mountain Beef to Fulton Valley Farms Chicken, we support local purveyors and companies. We feature Pacific NW cheeses like Beecher’s Flagship and Mt Townsend Seastack as well as charcuterie from Salumi in Seattle and Olympic Provisions in Portland.
Our menu is modern comfort food and Chef Leslie has many family recipes passed down from her loving grandmothers, including her seven-hour braised pulled pork served on truffled polenta and bittersweet chocolate bread pudding. We have a seasonal menu, but many items like our famous seared ahi, Brussel sprout salad, and hot crab dip are always on the menu.
Wine List
Our Pacific NW focused wine list specializes in the Willamette Valley, Walla Walla, Rogue Valley, Columbia Gorge and other Pacific NW AVAs. Whether it is a winery with a cult following like Domaine Drouhan, Sineann, Owen Roe or Beaux Frères – or a smaller, up and coming winery like Dumas Station, Et Fille, Coleman or XXXX – we scour the Pacific NW for great wines. Many of our wines aren’t found in grocery stores and many wineries we feature only produce a few hundred cases. We rotate our list frequently so you can always try something new.
We sell more than 40 wines by the taste, glass, flight or bottle and have a reserve list of 60+ wines by the bottle. All of our wines are available to go by the bottle.
We have a FREE wine tasting every Thursday from 5-8 in the restaurant and our Tasting Room, The Cellar, is open daily from 11-5 and features 8-10 rotating wineries and about 18 wines.
Cocktails and Craft Brews
Thirst features four rotating local craft beers on tap and then an additional 4-6 by the bottle. We have seasonal brews like Widmer Hefeweizen and Deschutes Twilight Ale as well as Red Hook ESB and Session Lager that are on the menu year round.
Our specialty cocktails highlight local spirits like Indio Vodka, Manzama Hot Pepper Vodka, Voyager Gin, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon. We have flights of Scotch, Bourbon and Tequila available.
