Thirst does not allow outside beverages in our party spaces. RiverPlace Parking: We suggest you tell your guests to park in the Star Park Garage which is underneath The Strand Condos - it is only $2 in the evening after 6 pm (Please check to verify with the garage if parking rates are a special concern).
