The Pacific Northwest is home to some of the most diverse and interesting wines in the world. We are proud to be able to feature them! Thirst carries both well-known wines and also ‘cult wines’ that are more eclectic or harder to find. We have over 30 wines by the glass and 60+ we serve by the bottle only. We scour the Pacific NW for new and interesting wines and change our wine menu frequently. We are very selective about what we serve at Thirst and only have wines that are of the utmost quality and best represent the wonderful wines of the Pacific NW. We do also have select California wines. We feature foreign wines when we have our 'Battle Flights" where we pit domestic and foreign wines against each other and you vote for who reigns supreme!

We serve our wines by the taste, flight, glass, and bottle in the wine bar and ‘to go’ from our retail shelves at excellent prices. The great news is that our wines by the bottle are priced the same whether you are consuming them at Thirst or taking wine to go. We are priced on par with high end grocery stores and wine shops and carry many wines that grocery stores do not have. Our wine list changes as new wines become available or as we discover hidden gems!

Complimentary Wine Tastings: See our events tab for details - on Thursdays at our Downtown Portland location - we have a complimentary wine tasting from 5-8 pm. We bring in local wineries and winemakers to show off their wares. A great way to taste new wines!
