At Thirst we specialize in Pacific NW wines and spirits. We have a full menu that highlights seasonal dishes and is sourced organically and locally whenever possible.
The River Room which opened in April 2008 is a Private Party Space and Art Gallery. Available for all types of events.
We opened at Portland's RiverPlace Esplanade in March 2006.
Uncork Joy: River Gala to benefit the Children's Cancer Association is an annual gala and silent auction hosted by Thirst. To date we have been able to raise over 25K for CCA.
At Thirst we host seasonal wine dinners in our River Room. Past wine dinners have included: Lange Estate Winery, Cancilla Cellars, Et Fille Winery, Sineann Winery and Maryhill.
